Life Estate Asset plan is a legal service provided by IP Technology Law PLLC. The idea for the service was born out of answering clients questions on the estate planning process. A lot of clients fell into three categories. Some were fed up with the process. Others believed their estate would simply pass to their loved ones. Some believed they had no estate or assets worth protecting.
The idea is to provide essential estate planning documents at an affordable price. This is done in three phases. First the life estate, then last will and testament, and if the client so desires a trust.
